行动教育:中学英语教师在职发展模式研究

摘要/Abstract
本文以北京某区英语教师自愿研修小组活动为案例,阐释了“扎根课堂、教研一体”的中学英语教师发展模式。该模式基于行动教育理论,提出高校研究者与一线教师以教学为媒介、课例为载体开展行动教育,聚合教师与研究者的视野,取长补短、通力合作,构成了一个实践型的学习共同体,从而获得共同成长。
Taking a voluntary teacher study group in a district of Beijing as an example, this paper illustrates a professional development model of high school EFL teachers grounded in classroom teaching with the integration of teaching and researching. This model, based on the theory of action education, proposes that university researchers and school EFL teachers work together and develop action education through lesson studies. Through this model, both researchers and teachers can make good use of their strengths and create a learning community for mutual growth.
